Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
- Navik (General Duty): Class 12th pass with Mathematics & Physics from a recognized board (COBSE).
- Navik (Domestic Branch): Class 10th (Matriculation) pass from a recognized board (COBSE).
- Yantrik: Class 10th pass + 3 or 4-year Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering approved by AICTE.
- Hygienist-I: Class 10th (Matriculation) pass OR Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate or equivalent from a recognized board.
2. Age Limit & Born Between Range
- Navik (GD): Born between 01/11/2005 and 01/05/2009
- Yantrik: Born between 01/05/2005 and 01/05/2009
- Navik (DB): Born between 01/11/2005 and 01/10/2009
- Hygienist-I: Born between 01/11/2002 and 01/10/2009
- Age Relaxations: Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
3. Application Fee

Selection Process
Candidates undergo a four-stage assessment process:
- Stage-I (Online CBT Exam): Computer-based examination testing Mathematics, Physics, English, Reasoning, Science, and General Knowledge (varies by post).
- Stage-II (Assessment Test & PFT): Physical Fitness Test (1.6 km run, 20 Squats, 10 Push-ups), document scrutiny, and adaptability tests.
- Stage-III (Document Verification & Final Medicals): Verification of original certificates and final medical checkups at INS Chilka.
- Stage-IV (Training Induction): Final selection list declaration followed by basic military training.
