Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering: Must hold a recognized Diploma in Civil Engineering (or departmentally recognized equivalent diplomas such as Civil Construction, Environmental Engineering, etc.).
- Crucial Restriction: Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering without a Diploma are NOT eligible to apply.
- Computer Skill: Basic computer knowledge certificate as prescribed under Gujarat Government rules (candidates without a certificate can apply but must produce proof prior to appointment).
- Language Knowledge: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, or both.
2. Age Limit (As of 29th October 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age (Unreserved Male): 33 years
- Upper Age Relaxations:

2. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR):
