Selection Process
BSNL has completely bypassed individual interview rounds for this drive. Your absolute merit in the written test determines your selection.
1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
Sit for an online objective test containing 120 questions across three specialized sections: Engineering Stream I, Engineering Stream II, and a General Ability Test. Max score is 480 marks.
2. Document Verification (DV): Post-Exam.
Once you clear the CBT cutoff, you will be summoned to present your original academic credentials, category certificates, and identity proofs.
3. Medical Examination: Final Gate.
Undergo a mandatory physical and medical fitness evaluation to ensure you meet BSNL’s operational health standards.
4. Final Appointment: Joining Day.
Candidates clearing all checks will receive their formal deployment letters to their respective circles.
