| Educational Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil, Architecture, or Planning from a recognized University in India (as per UGC Act, 1956). |
| Computer Knowledge | Basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967. |
| Language Proficiency | Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi, or both. |

- The fees paid shall be refunded to those candidates who appear for the examination.
